Nabil Sarraf is a senior Electrical Engineer and Operations Manager with over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and project management. He has extensive expertise in the design, implementation, and supervision of large-scale solar PV and energy storage projects, as well as electrical infrastructure and energy management systems.
A former Brigadier General and Director of Research & Development in the Lebanese Army, he played a leading role in developing sustainable energy strategies and implementing renewable energy initiatives in partnership with international organizations including UNDP and the EU. His experience spans technical consulting, project planning, engineering design, construction supervision, stakeholder coordination, and strategic energy management.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kalinin Polytechnic Institute, Russia, and is certified in ISO 50001 Energy Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Russian.
