The LSES 2025 IFTAR took place On March 28, 2025, at the Abdel Wahab Restaurant in Sodeco Beirut.

During the event, former LSES president and founder Eng. Walid el Baba was honored with two trophies: one from the OEA fourth branch in recognition of his service as a senior active mechanical engineer and another from LSES in acknowledgement of his lifetime contributions to the Renewable Energy sector.
