LSES members met on Friday, October 16, at the Bossa Nova Hotel to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects. One of the main topics was the new PV Assessment Tool, developed by LSES in collaboration with the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Available in both Excel and web-based formats, this tool provides a fast and user-friendly way to size photovoltaic (PV) systems—with or without battery storage—and estimate investment costs, potential savings, and payback periods.

Designed with accessibility in mind, it can be used effectively even by non-specialists.
